It seems like it's been forever since I've been on this site. Yes, it has been several months. I've been busy with my job, family , and my writings. Since I have been on here I have added two more books to the Willow Arboretum series.
"Behind the Waterfall" came out in August, which tells the story of a journey deep into the Big Wild to find gold to help Mr. Juarez, the caretaker of the Willow Arboretum.
"Greenlee's Big Day" came out in November and will be the final book in the Willow Arboretum series. I had planned on putting out an anthology that will contain all five Willow Arboretum books, drawings, character profiles, and a bonus story. I do still plan on releasing that, but probably not until spring. I haven't quite closed the door totally on the Willow Arboretum universe as I have some ideas swimming around in my head about possible prequels. I have been working on a story about Lamasu and Shedu and the animals that they save from the world of men.
I am wrapping up my first (and probably last) work of nonfiction about the musician Tony "IT" Sarkka who passed away in February of this year. I will speak more about him and his passing in a later blog.
Thank you to all who have been patient and have purchased my books. I will have more updates, more frequent ones!
